The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the Fun2Play Mobile Application users as to the information we collect, what we do with this information, and how your information is protected. - Product Interaction (used for Analytics, Product Personalization, and App Functionality);
- Advertising Data (used for Product Personalization, App Functionality, and Analytics);
- Indicates if the activity happened on mobile or web;
- Length of user's last session, in seconds;
- Length of user's current session, in seconds;
- Number of sessions recorded;
- Push notification token, i.e., registration token (Android), device token (iOS); clicks on User’s ads; the type of ads and the webpage or Application from which such ads were displayed; downloads and installations of applications.
4. Diagnostic information:
- Crash Data (used for Analytics, and App Functionality);
- Other Diagnostic Data (used for App Functionality, and Analytics);
- Logs, error reports and events and the type, number, date and page relating to this information.
Why Do We Collect This Information?
- To Create a Better Experience for Our Clients
The collection of data will allow us update and create new services that will better meet our client’s needs. At Fun2Play, we endeavour to create a more personalised experience for our clients.
Providing Service includes enabling you to use the Service in a seamless manner and preventing or addressing Service errors or technical issues.
As a result of this processing, we will use your e-mail, for example, to register in the application. To do this, we give you the opportunity to register through a Google account or Facebook.
In order to transfer a possible prize to you, we ask you for your wallet details. You can use any crypto wallet or register it on the Walken app.
To host personal data and enable our Website to operate and be distributed we use Firebase Hosting, which is a hosting and backend service provided by Google LLC. We use Firebase Performance Monitoring, which is monitoring service provided by Google.
We also use the AppLovin SDK services provided by AppLovin Corporation to provide analytics and improve the quality of our services.
- To Protect Our Clients
We collect your personal data to ensure the Service providing, to analyze your behavior during the usage of our Service, to add new features to our Service and to provide our third-party service providers with information, crucial for their services.
Providing Service includes enabling you to use the Service in a seamless manner and preventing or addressing Service errors or technical issues.
- To Comply with Regulatory Requirements
The services offered by Fun2Play are subject to international regulations which require us to collect your personal information.
- To Enforce our Terms in Our User Agreement
It is important for Fun2Play to regulate its services and its customers relating to the prevention and mitigation of any potentially prohibited activities, enforcing our agreements with third parties, and violations of our user agreement. If Fun2Play is unable to process user information for these reasons, the consequence is the termination of your account as we cannot perform our services in accordance with our terms.

We may send you marketing or promotional offers to inform you of Fun2Play MobileApplication or affiliates’ events, to deliver targeted marketing, and to provide you with promotional offers based on your communication preferences. We use information relating to your usage of Fun2Play and contact information to provide a better marketing experience.
Information collected during download of the App.
When you download the apps, certain required information is transmitted to the app store you have selected (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). In particular, IP address, unique device ID, location, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transmitted in each case, app usage data, operating system and its interface language. We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. The contract is concluded with the respective provider of the store and is handled in accordance with their terms and conditions as well as their privacy policy. Within the scope of your use of the stores, we only process the reviews and associated data published by you on our apps and receive anonymous statistics via the stores, e.g., on download figures, uninstalls and crashes.
Data processing when using the App.
As part of your use of the apps, we collect certain data that is required for the provision and use of the apps. The following data is processed for these purposes: internal device ID, version of your operating system, time of access, IP address, content of access, country of access.
This data is collected in order to provide you with the service and related functions and to prevent and resolve misuse and malfunctions.
If you use the Fun2Play Mobile Application, we collect information on your progress in the different game apps of SKY OUTLET LLC as well as your advertising data (see below) and connect this data with you via identifiers.
For using more functions of the apps, you are asked to provide us with certain data. Such data will only be sent and provided to us after you clicked the respective submit button within the apps.
If you are using additional payment options in our apps we may ask for your full name and address details and pass this information to the external payment service provider. The payment providers are either PayPal: 2211 N 1st St, San Jose, CA, USA, Tangocard: 4700 42nd Ave SW #430, United States or Tremendous: 592 Union St Ste 502, San Francisco, California, 94123, United States. However, please note that we do not process your payment data and bank account details but use external providers that handle the payments.
Technical functions
Only if further functions of the Fun2Play Mobile Application app are to be used in addition to the basic functions, the following accesses can be requested:
- Camera Access:
The app requests access to your device’s camera for security purposes. To ensure that users do not create multiple accounts or use bots, we ask users to create a facemap using the selfie functionality. This might facilitated through technology provided by FaceTec, which helps us verify the authenticity of accounts.
- Location Access:
The app requires access to your location data to determine your market for a more tailored user experience. Additionally, location data is used for security and fraud prevention purposes to ensure the integrity of user accounts and transactions.
We will notify you if such features are enabled in the future.
The permissions to access the above functions are explicitly requested and can be confirmed or denied.
If you have granted the individual permission, the associated processing of your data is based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. A granted authorization can be cancelled in the settings of the device in most cases at any time (however, this depends on the device and the operating system, which we have no influence on). The lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. Please note that permissions that have not been granted may restrict the use of the apps.

Furthermore, we cannot ensure or warrant the security or confidentiality of information you transmit to us or receive from us by Internet or wireless connection, including email, phone, or SMS, since we have no way of protecting that information once it leaves and until it reaches us. Your consent. Term of storage of your personal data.
The User hereby freely gives, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of the personal data relating to the User and mentioned above for the purposes of personal data processing indicated above.

The Fun2Play is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. People under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Fun2Play Mobile Application.
